I completed my master's degree in public policy at the University of Washington, focusing on environmental and energy policy. I am specialized in energy demand modeling and policy analysis, with experience in assisting energy policy overhaul at the Washington State Department of Commerce and for the Ministry of the Environment of Japan. / 筆者は米国のワシントン大学において公共政策の修士課程を終了後、ワシントン州商務省にてエネルギー政策の改革に尽力した。現在は日本において、主に環境省向けにエネルギー政策の立案支援を行なっており、特にエネルギー需要の推計や政策効果の予測を得意としている。
